In The Waves
Everyone has a song they stopped singing.
RA Stewart fronted hard rock bands for years, then life took over: a family, a career in construction, the music put to one side.
But some things never leave you. Last year, something shifted. A spark caught. He picked up the guitar again and, inspired by life, wrote like he never had before.
The songs came out the way he'd always wanted to hear them: emotional, catchy, with an edge. Grunge and hard rock run through all of it, from Alice in Chains and Bush to Deftones and Silverchair.
He sent the demos to his longtime manager, John "Oz" Osmond, and Oz heard something. Seven is four of those songs, recorded at Rogue Studios, Battery Studios, London.
